Where is ini support team?

For last week or so ini support team has not been seen on the forums answering people questions or bugs? No 350 update since Apr 18 even with so many bugs/issues?

Is 350 being thrown on the back seat just like 300?

It's very disappointing, spending that much money on this product and not knowing what's the status on the issues/fixes?

Team ini needs to update their clients at least.

Too much silence is not a good sign. My 2 cents.

100% not. The team are hard a work fixing and testing bugs with an update in the making. Sorry if you feel we haven't been present enough but rest assured it all gets checked everyday and reported on. 👍

No answers to my issues. Which also remains unresolved from others. I'm pondering a credit card dispute at this point. At the very least an acknowledgement would suffice.

Same here. I don't want to be sour, but this is getting tiresome!

Doesn't seem like you did a good job on 'Fixing and testing bugs with an update in the making'

You have released a new update which has made this £70 product totally unusable.

Please immediately offer the option to roll back to V1.08 so I can use this product.................
