Hi I bought the Airbus A350 the question is there no Cabin or Art & Effect because it would be with the package when buying the model for both Mircosoft flight Simulator 2024 and 2020 but I assume there is only for msfs 24 asking if there is an upcoming update package for this mobile

I am not sure I understand what you're asking. When is what? 
There is no cabin for the MSFS2020 version and no plans on implementing that. The ART effects are present across both simulators. 

hi I also understand the plane of the Airbus A350 brand new aircraft so I want to be able to have been with the Cabin and the art and effect that is in flight Simulator 2024 which should also be found for flight simulator 2020 which was made from scratch when developing the model Airbus A350

A cabin will not be made for the MSFS2020 version of the A350. The A350 has art effects in BOTH simulators already.
