May 2, 20251 yr I’m very disappointed, given the cost of the product, in the overall state in which the product was released. It was far from ready. This has been compounded by the fact that fundamental issues such as clickspot issues still haven’t been rectified. It’s impossible to fly the A350 with headtracking for this reason and frankly that’s unacceptable in my eyes. Other products manage this feat without similar difficulties and for the price point this should not be happening. Any updates on when we can expect this to be addressed? Many thanks.
May 3, 20251 yr Staff Hello! Sorry to hear your disappointed. Which version are you using so I can move this to the correct location and get you some help. Thanks!
May 14, 2025May 14 Author No updates then? But stuff like the resolution of the No Smoking signs in the lavs have been bumped up? Poor.
May 18, 2025May 18 Just want to chime in so that it gets clear, that more users have the clickspot issue, when using trackIR. Problem seems to be only on the KDCUs not sure bout the acronym. The OIS seems unaffected. Also center pedestrial is problematic. Most obvious the T.O. Config button. If TrackIR is paused via hotkey, everything works normally, one click mostly works. please have a look at it. Such a fancy interface and then this struggles…. thank you kai
June 30, 2025Jun 30 Author Still no acknowledgement or update? Got sick passengers and inflatable door slides though? Think priorities are wrong.
July 13, 2025Jul 13 From the changelog : Bugs & Feedback Addressed We’ve received feedback from VR users about MFDs not being clickable. The issue appears to be related to how mouse interaction checks occur per screen, which sometimes fails in VR frame updates. Investigation is ongoing, we hear you and are working on a fix.
July 13, 2025Jul 13 Author Thanks for highlighting that Xenon341, let’s hope they address it properly. It’s fair to say they’ve done a lot of work but that highlights the fact that the product was released too early and I still believe that marketable features took precedence over fundamental bugs but let’s see what happens going forward. In a couple more updates we may have something approaching what was promised ( which oddly mirrors the experience with MSFS 2024 ).
