FPS Slutter after 1.0.8

Hi! I encountered annoying slutters that begin on the cruise and stop right after landing. My specs: i7-13700K, 32GB, RTX4060 8GB. It doesn't depend on flight route, time, weather or any other factor. The same time I don't have this problem, when flying another aircraft.

Did you ever manage to fix this? It only happens to me when I fly in the US.
