wrong aileron position at cruising

Hi there, I found that the inner ailerons of the left and right wings were not in the neutral position when cruising. It seems that it is not because of the wind.

I have triple-checked with both models across both simulators and this is not a native model issue. I've seen this with other users and boils down to a faulty binding. Perhaps on the keyboard or some other peripheral - please double check that you haven't got anything binded to ROLL under flight control surfaces.

I have double check，only one axis of my joystick is binded to aileron.

I can confirm as well, both left and right aileron are lower than the neutral position

It seems to happen during cruising. At low altitude and low speed, the issue doesn’t appear.

Thanks, we'll take a look. I have yet to be able to reproduce this which still leads me to believe there's a binding issue (on keyboard for example) but alas, I've forwarded to the team.

I just take another look, when cruising the ailerons are neutral, during descent the ailerons both pointed downwards.

That's weird，do you have any key binded to aileron (ROLL) on keyboard？I unbinded all the key to flight control surface on keyboard but still having the issue.

No key binded at all. I'm now approaching TOD to KLAX and the aileron does droop a bit, on both sides too. Very inconsistent. The F/CTL page does show a greater droop on the inboard ailerons as well.
