A350 TO config not working

Featured Replies

Hi

Haven't seen TO Config button had any effect.
Usually clicking on it turns the message green or display what is not configured for TO

Some default or 3rd-party aircraft may not fully simulate the TO CONFIG function yet.

  • Set up an improper config (e.g., flaps retracted, spoilers armed).
  • Press the TO CONFIG button.
  • You should get a Takeoff Configuration Not OK warning and details on what’s wrong.

A320Neo  FBW, iniBuilds and LVFR 330 all supports the TO CONFIG functionality which I think is a pretty basic functionality.
If they can handle BTV they should be able to handle more basic functionality.

Pressing the TO Config button should turn the TO Config line in the display to green in order to confirm all tests are ok.

The TO config button works fine.. just keep it pressed for a couple of seconds

Holding down the TO Config makes no change
I set the panel stage into Take OFF State, lined up at the runway, ensured everything was set for TO , pushed the TO Config button and held it down.
What happens is that I hear a beep and then the Clear button lights up but the TO Config: TEST message never turns green

Se images (couldn't though catch the clear button light up in white) and releasing the P Brake makes no difference

ADMIN!!
Maybe this topic should be moved to General discussion (Hmm I thought I put it there initially) or something
Now it's under the MSFS2024 thread and as posted, I'm running MSFS2020

Yes and that's why in my post wrote  "and releasing the P Brake makes no difference"

Well suddenly it seems to work without any updates in between. Can't explain it.
I'll get back if it gets back

  • 1 month later...

This has appeared for me on V 1.10

There's no warnings when I press TO CONFIG (and the aircraft is fully configured for take off), the memo just doesn't go green

Edit: After I get the Cabin Ready Memo to Green - the TO Config will go green - is that correct behaviour?
