Sorry, but to me these avionics freezes are totally unacceptable. I literally have one on every flight. It always happens on descent around 15 minutes from destination. Your systems depth and detail are just awesome but what's the use of it when I can't even complete any flight. I just don't see the Autosave as an acceptable fix. I sure hope you don't plan on coding your A380 and A220 the same way. If you can't get these freezes fixed in this A350, there will be no chance of me buying the A380 or A220.

Hi, while we understand the frustration, it would help greatly if you can provide an example with logging attached so we can determine what your specific issue is and work toward a solution.

So I did the delete the WASM folder thing, had one flight that was perfectly fine, thought I had it fixed, next flight, crash on a 5 mile final.

Are we supposed to delete the WASM folder prior to every flight?

yes it look so. Also you have to login to navigraph each time with new flight 😞

I'll give that a try at some stage but after just checking on the way to do that, no guarantees I'm going to be able to make that process work.

no, only after a new update
