hipshot845 Posted April 6 Posted April 6 (edited) Sorry, but to me these avionics freezes are totally unacceptable. I literally have one on every flight. It always happens on descent around 15 minutes from destination. Your systems depth and detail are just awesome but what's the use of it when I can't even complete any flight. I just don't see the Autosave as an acceptable fix. I sure hope you don't plan on coding your A380 and A220 the same way. If you can't get these freezes fixed in this A350, there will be no chance of me buying the A380 or A220. Richard Edited April 6 by hipshot845
Swisspilot1986 Posted April 6 Posted April 6 Are you sure to have clean your own WASM files, computer, updates, etc.? Maybe it can be partially caused from your side, too.
hipshot845 Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 Latest update and followed all instructions including deleting contents of wasm folder.
pete_auau Posted April 7 Posted April 7 try deleting the whole folder, that what i do and havn't had any issues
IniSteve Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Hi, while we understand the frustration, it would help greatly if you can provide an example with logging attached so we can determine what your specific issue is and work toward a solution.
IslandSimPilot Posted April 8 Posted April 8 So I did the delete the WASM folder thing, had one flight that was perfectly fine, thought I had it fixed, next flight, crash on a 5 mile final. Are we supposed to delete the WASM folder prior to every flight?
SUB750T Posted April 8 Posted April 8 yes it look so. Also you have to login to navigraph each time with new flight 😞 LG-48GQ900-B 48" AMD 9900X3D ASUS TUF Gaming X870-PLUS Wi-Fi AMD AM5 AORUS GeForce RTX™ 5080 XTREME WATERFORCE CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz CL30 AMD(2 x 32GB) 2X 2TB 970 EVO Gen 4 (FS 2024) 1X 1 TB 990 EVO Gen 5 (WIN 11) 3TB SSD (MOVIES/APP) Marantz HD-DAC1 Beyerdynamic T1 Tesla (2nd Gen) Thrustmeter TCA Captains Pack Thrustmeter TFRP Rudder MiniCockpit (miniFCU V2 + miniEFIS) WinWing MCDU FS2024 (AMD FSR3) X2 (90 FPS on ULTRA/HIGH @4K)
hipshot845 Posted April 8 Author Posted April 8 Inisteve, I'll give that a try at some stage but after just checking on the way to do that, no guarantees I'm going to be able to make that process work. Richard
