ARCHANGEL11 Posted April 5, 2025 Posted April 5, 2025 Hi, unfortunately I'm experiencing an issue where the jetways to not connect to the aircraft properly. They do move, in that the rotating "head" rotates and the flexible shroud moves too, but the jetways do not translate pretty much at all and "connect" to the air, with a gap of several meters to the aircraft door. The Sim, The aircraft (A350, Fenix A320 are up to date. GSX is as well, the GSX profile is installed. Support is much appreciated. Kind regards 2
Captain_McGee Posted April 5, 2025 Posted April 5, 2025 Following to see how to fix also. I am having the same issue! Attached example at gate 57.
SAN738 Posted April 5, 2025 Posted April 5, 2025 (edited) Same thing. Verified on both the Fenix A321 and INI A350. Edited April 5, 2025 by SAN738
DiBarkis Posted April 7, 2025 Posted April 7, 2025 Same problem here too, and not only with KLAX, but also with OMDB and EGLL.
AnkH Posted April 7, 2025 Posted April 7, 2025 Are you guys in the SU2 beta? It is a known issue in the beta...
richboy2307 Posted April 7, 2025 Posted April 7, 2025 Hi all, Thanks for your reports. As mentioned above, if you are on SU2 Beta, there is a known sim issue at the moment that affects jetway operation. This is not caused by KLAX or any scenery in particular. Here are some screenshots of these jetways working as expected in SU1 (FS24 v1.3.25.0). Note: There is a new GSX Profile for FS24 KLAX Enhanced. In theory you can have both profiles and GSX should switch automatically based on the sim, however in practice we have seen this feature not working as intended for some users. For such users GSX still tries to load the FS20 profile in FS24 (or even both profiles at the same time) which can cause unexpected issues. In case you are experiencing issues on SU1, please try to delete your FS20 profile and then restart COUATL. Thanks!
