A/THR stuck on short final - PFD freeze

ILS 25 in YSSY - manual flight, A/THR on:

at 300ft AGL A/THR got stuck at a specific N1 level - unable to take over manually or to disconnect using the hardware keybind or the button on the FCU.

annoying on final app - only option to get the THR under control was shutting down the engines. 

 

(I deleted the WASM folder prior to this flight)
