SkyKing33 Posted Sunday at 11:45 AM Posted Sunday at 11:45 AM I have 64GB of Ram and am running on a 4080RTX. I have most settings set to high even though NVIDIA says I can run ultra. When landing at any airport whether it's a stock Asobo FS2024 airport or an inibuilds airport... wherever whenever, I am getting nearly 10 or less frames. Completely unflyable. Similar happens when loading into an airport but the frame hit isn't quite as drastic. Every update seems to fix one big issue but create 2 or 3 more. I've never had so many lag spikes and or unflyable conditions under any other version going back to release.
ykeyre Posted Sunday at 11:51 AM Posted Sunday at 11:51 AM Try playing around with the joystick sensitivity. Try these
SkyKing33 Posted Sunday at 11:59 AM Author Posted Sunday at 11:59 AM That's not the problem... the problem is I am getting 10 choppy/slideshow frames when landing. Nothing to do with the hardware of the flightstick I am using and everything to do with performance from either Asobo SU2 Beta, iniBuilds a350 1.06 or a combination of both which have to be causing a VRAM leak.

Yes ...1.0.6 has the worst performance at my end with 4090rtx and 9900x3d and 64gb 6000MhZ RAM. The performance loss compared to 1.0.5 in flight is roughly 25% and over long haul even 50%.... No issues with my tested Fenix at MSFS 2024 su1
Pablo Gonzalez Posted Monday at 12:38 PM Posted Monday at 12:38 PM I have the same problem... i9 13900F, 64GB, and RTX 4070 TI. All my premium planes run at 80-90 fps (MSFS2020) with high-ultra settings, and the Fenix (MSFS2024) at 50-60 fps on high-ultra settings. However, the A350 on the ground doesn't go over 40-50 fps and produces a lot of lag in my simulator. In the air, it runs at 70-80 fps, but as the flight progresses (long flight), the fps drops, and I arrive at my destination with 30-40 fps.
Pablo Gonzalez Posted Tuesday at 06:33 AM Posted Tuesday at 06:33 AM In case it helps anyone and they want to try... I spent all afternoon yesterday fiddling around and trying out configurations and I found one that finally solves (at least for me) the problem of low performance and that is to activate "Threaded Optimization" on Nvidia Control Panel. I've noticed a substantial change specifically on this A350 (both in MSFS2020 and 2024), increasing the FPS to 90-100. I hope this helps someone and they're as happy as I was. Regards
