[VIDEO Included] Hardware not moving anything in a/c and flap lever gone mad

Hey all,

I'm on my third uninstall and reinstall of the latest build with no luck of solving this weird phenomenon. I've got hardware (sidestick, bravo throttle quardrant), but none of the movements of said hardware of moving anything in the aircraft and I can't figure out why. The key bindings in 2020 show correct as the profile works on other aircraft without this behavior and without me changing anything. Throttle movements aren't being registered at all (even to calibrate), however when immediately loading into another a/c, all works as intended.

In the video linked below, I point out two abnormal things (I'm saying abnormal as a previous build on 2024 didn't yield any issues - have yet to try this new build on 2024).

  1. The weird flashing of the trim settings on the PFD. This is with no movement of any control (in-sim or hardware)
  2. Moving the flap lever in sim causes it to spazz and I don't know why.

I suspect the hardware not functioning in the a/c, the wonky flap behavior, weird PFD trim settings are all related, but I don't know where to begin to troubleshoot shy of what I've already done (uninstalled, reinstalled, confirm bindings, check for hardware sensitivity and noise) to no avail.
