Hi I was flying from Rome to Zurich, I was setting up fmc for the arrival star and when I did insert everything froze even though the flight continued and moved, in short fmc screens one completely empty and one still visible but no executable button, same for fcu. any button on the plane

I am sure that this is the same problem. Let me guess, you entered a STAR for RW28? This problem has been known for months now. Sadly nothing was ever done about it (probably because the hype is with the A350). The A330 has the exact same issue, by the way. So both planes are unflyable on VATSIM, if one plans to go into LSZH in the evening hours. A shame, really.

Yes the same, i fly to lszh and i set star to approch runway 28

Yes, it's WASM, but because this is the A300 and not the A350 it doesn't have any priority right now.
