Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with the ILS frequency, specifically the LPPT frequency.

The aircraft doesn't select the Navigraph chart frequency, and even when I try to force the frequency, it doesn't pick up the signal.

Has anyone else encountered this bug?

What MSFS version are you running?

The same thing is happening to me, but in my case, on the ILS W 32R approach to LEMD.
In this case, the ILS information appears correctly in the NAV section of the MCDU, including both the frequency (109.1), the identifier (MBB), and the heading (323 degrees). In the ND, the frequency and ILS indication appear in magenta, but the magenta diamonds for LOC and GS are never present, nor is the DME distance. In other words, everything is correct, but the signal is not being received and, therefore, the signal is not being intercepted.
I must say that I have tried manually entering the data, including the frequency, identification, and heading. Nothing works.
I must also say that I have detected this, at least in my case, since version 1.0.3. When version 1.0.4 came out, I deleted WASM, updated the Navigraph data with my subscription... I did a test flight and everything worked on that same ILS, but today, after I just arrived on a new flight, it's down again. I haven't done anything different or updated anything from the flight I took yesterday, where it did work.
Finally, I did the test with it and that ILS works perfectly with other aircraft, like your A300 and the Fenix A320. I fly a lot out of Madrid for Iberia Virtual, and it's a widely used approach daily with all of these aircraft, and none of them show errors except for the A350, so it's not a scenario issue.
I've also seen with other colleagues that it's very random, meaning it works for some, and not for others. I don't know which version they fly.
In my case: latest version of MSFS24, W11, updated Navigraph, and aircraft version with the latest update 1.0.4.
If you have any additional questions or need additional screenshots, please feel free to contact me.

P.S. I'm sending you some screenshots (number 1, 2) where you can see what I'm explaining and where it doesn't work correctly.

I'm also sending you a screenshot of the test I performed after recently deleting WASM and installing version 1.0.4, where you can see that it did work and received a signal at over 25nm.

In response to Haza2, I'm on MSFS2024 and I deleted the WASM folder during the last update.

I didn't specify it in my first message, but this generally happens randomly, although my last two flights had the same problem.

And even when I select the Navigraph frequency and confirm, it inserts another frequency and tells me that it's not in the database.

The aircraft is also up to date on AIRAC cycles.

Will report back. Kindest.

Same here in VHHH. All databases are up to date. The aircraft selects the correct frequency but no ILS signal on the PFD. I have tried for all 6 ILSs in VHHH and none of them is picked up

I have the same problem: after inserting the arrival data in the fmc on the arrival page the ILS data are visible in the top part of that screen. So far so good !
But: when I open the NavAid page the bottom part of the page (where the ILS data should be visible) is empty and even worse, it is greyed out. So it is impossible to enter the ILS data manually.
This happens nine out of ten times !

The one time it works properly is when I choose an arrival that nine out of ten times won't show the data !! So I think the conclusion is clear that it indeed is not because the destination has no ILS data available.

I use MSFS 2024 with all the latest updates.

So this is gonna sound really dumb and doesn't make any sense to me but I'm not able to test this for a few day myself, but I think I noticed the same going into the default msfs2024 KBOS on the ILS 4R. I was not getting the ILS (it was automatically set correctly on the NAVRAD page), but it came up after I activated the "approach phase" on the perf page, probably coincidence, but I'm usually able to pick up the ILSs from around 25 dme, this time the plane picked it up at 19dme, around the same time I activated approach phase. There's no reason why this should make it work and I'm probably very likely wrong, but if anyone can test this, try NOT activating approach phase and see if you get the ILS, and if you don't receive the ILS then activate and see if it comes up.

I noticed something similar at EDDM (Simwings) today. I was approaching RW26R with the ILS approach selected. The FMS had it correctly tuned on the Nav Page, I compared it with the charts.

Yet, abosultely no reception by the aircraft and I had to handfly the whole approach visually.

This is 2024.

ms2020 here, just tried an ils approach into egph rw 24 the pfd draws a strange loop between c124 and F124 and not a straight line  i was fully configured at 3000ft , however as soon as i pressed the app button the aircraft suddenly started climbing not responding to any control inputs then stalling and diving straight into the river forth. really embarassing  as i  was also being vectored  on vatsim by scotish control  and had to imediately disconnect. this is with the latest build 106 just installed. also this has happened more than a few times at different airports my last flight on the previous build i could not even get this aircraft to descend. 😠

Same problem again at FMEE. ILS is correctly autotuned in the Navpage. But LS shows no reception.

Had to switch to the RNP (AR) approach to RW14Y instead. That one also comes with faulty Navdata by the way because it is programming the RNP12Y approach instead.

That is a Navigraph problem though, I assume.

Same problem here....

It happens to me at least 2 times , landing MMMX and RJAA. Navigraph updated , freq is perfectly set but ILS signal nerver was recieved . Interestingly this bug does not replicate in all ocassions

Msfs2024 version , 1.0.6 A350 update.

I can confirm the problem. Happend on serveral occasions at i.e. LOWW and EDDM.

Interesting observation: Entering an approach in the ground resulting in correct tuning and receiving the ILS signal.
