2 questions for Airbus drivers

please could someone help answer these

1. When inputting a SID or a STAR, sometimes waypoints get doubled up...e.g. BENDO, APPLE, ARBEY, TUNKA, ML, ARBEY, TUNKA, MLRWY16......In the MCDU, what is the proper way to delete the three underlined wpts?  I can delete one at a time plus any discontinuities, but that's inefficient.....

2. In CRZ, the speed is shown in green (e.g. Mach .85).  If I want/need to change this to say .80, how do I do it?  A speed/alt in BLUE can be done, but what about green?
