Plane systems crash when I add a personal waypoint

Hello! 

 

When setting up an approach, and inputing a waypoint in the box using the following format, it crashes the system if on the ground. Very Odd! 

 

AIRPORT/RADIAL/DISTANCE

e.g EGLL/180/10

 

Any ideas?
