dlete stored waypoint prompts to delete ALL pilot wpts, unable to cancel

Hi, as per title. I set up three pilot waypoints for my EDTO flight, later I noticed I set up my EDT1 point with incorrect longitude so I wanted to delete that waypoint to correct it.

even though I clicked on "delete stored WPT", it then prompted me to "delete ALL stored WPTS" and would not accept "cancel".

Possibly because of click spot overlap where the new popup menu is place over the original button but the selection below the popup menu is not inhibited correctly?
