New Purchase Having Multiple Issues Related to Navigraph Sign in, Autopilot

Hi, new A350 pilot here. Love the plane, very nice job!

My issues are a bit strange. I've followed the many tutorials on how to connect my Navigraph account. After completing the QR code verification, the account appears connected, however if I click on a chart, I'm getting a lock icon saying to sign up for a Navigraph account. I do have the full subscription with charts, not sure why this isn't working.

Other issues - at top of descent, I've setup for a descent per the company procedure, however when I click the altitude knob to initiate the descent, the ND highlights either OP Des, or Des, but the plane does not descend. The workaround I've found is to move the throttles out of CR mode which then starts the plane descending, then move the throttles back to engage managed mode again.

Last, When disconnecting the AP at landing, the alarm sounds after pressing the AP button, but I'm not able to clear the alarm sound by pressing the warning button. The only way I've found to stop the alarm is to switch to an outside camera, then back to an inside camera, then the alarm stops. 

Are all these issues related possibly to a bad installation? I've just purchased the software a few days ago, there hasn't been any updates since my purchase.
