Some minor bugs

Appreciate getting the 1.0.3 update out to us, it's working great! I would just like to report a couple minor bugs

1. When set to LBS, the landing weight on the APP page has a T next to it instead of LBS

2. The apu fuel used still shows quantity in KG on the APU page. 

3. If there is NONE as alternate in simbrief, when importing flight plan, the MCDU give an airport not in database Message.

On the D-ATIS page, sending request for weather while the drop down is on DEP or ARR always brings up the metar. Only when selecting NONE, does it pull in the ATIS from VATSIM
