MSFS2024 Jitters with Latest Update

Just downloaded the update, while correctly clearing out the necessary files prior to, and every flight now gives me the jitters while panning the camera. This happens within the first 30 minutes. This was not an issue in the previous versions. The plane is now completely unfliable.

Here is video I have of it happening. The only way I've been able to get around it is to turn NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation off but then I get FAR fewer frames than I did in the previous version of the plane.
