Stuttery Laggy Unusable Mess

Why is this airport such a stuttery unusable laggy mess?  

Even with airport options turned down/off via the iniManager it's still pretty much unusable due to the insane amount of lags and stutters, even loading in with zero AI traffic in a simple MSFS default aircraft with clear weather. This iniBuilds airport (and Heathrow 2024 to a similar but slightly lesser degree) are the only ones having these issues. All other 3rd party airports I have installed run perfectly fine, smooth and usable (even with bad weather and AI traffic).

I have ensured that the default handcrafted airport has been removed/disabled, and also cleared the scenery indexes folder.  This has made zero difference.  
I can only assume that these airports are so poorly optimized that they are overloading VRAM? 

System specs: Intel i7-14700F @ 5.3GHz, 64GB RAM, nVidia 4070ti, MSFS 2024 installed on a 2TB Nvme drive

Well you assume wrongly, as there's many users congratulating us for great performance on OMDB Enhanced and EGLL Premium compared to their 2020 counterparts, even running on laptops in some instances.

But anyways, please paste a screenshot of your in-game FPS counter whilst loaded at the airport, along with your sim graphics settings for more clues as to what may be happening. Thanks!
