A350-1000 not loading in MSFS 2024

I'm using the A350-1000 in MSFS 2024, with the Virgin Atlantic livery. First time loading it, and it doesn't load, waited 20 minutes and didn't load. Reinstalled and updated to 1.0.2 and cleared WASM folder and it still hasn't loaded at the 20 minute mark.

Using a i9 12900KS, 4090, and 64GB of RAM so specs aren't the problem.

Came here to see if there was anything similar to my experience - and found it!

I'm using MSFS 2020 and have had CTD 4 times, trying to use the VA livery A350-1000, attempting to load into gate 320 at Heathrow (inibuilds version)

In my case I am getting about 20 seconds into the loading screen after hitting the fly button then CTD. 

First time this has happened to me, I updated the plane last night.

Im on a 5800x3d, 4070ti and 32G Ram.

I noticed that no cabin liveries make loading longer or loading forever. (Delta for example).

Same for me   

After "Fly.." I can see that Plane is placed in Top View but is not loading

I can press "ECS" and load any other plane ( eg FENIX etc ) 

This problem came after SU1

Same issue . in addition, Loading too long and never end up and not being able to start when selecting a parking slot.

Then going back and starting directly on runway, then it loads and get started ! 

This is strange behavior and never occurs before Sim Update 1 in my opinion

So i had this issue before and I found out a way to deal with this from another person. Select the aircraft then your gate. Zoom out as much as you can from the airport till you see planet then start the flight. Might take a few minute or 2 but will drop you straight in. I have no idea why this works but its been working for me consistently since Saturday. I hope they will look into what's causing this hang.

Just want to re-up this, Ive just tried to load into EGPH with the Qatar Airlines livery on the -1000 model. exact same issues. The livery is the Inibuilds official one. Tried the 'zoom out at loading' approach, this didnt work for me. Still crashing as the game is loading in.

Also tried Virgin Atlantic at Heathrow again, just to see if that problem is still there, it is. Game crashed again. So very specific to the a350-1000, as I can use the -900 no problems.

Hello, so you have tried zooming all the way out. Have you tried with a clean community folder to check there isnt a mod conflict? Updated the liveries? If you still getting issues I will get another team member over to help. Thanks
