nepomuk Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Hello ini-Team, it is not possible to setup the viewpoint that it matches the official documents. Therefore i think there is something wrong with the model of the glareshield. This is especially noticeable in VR. How it should be What i observe EDDF runway width of 07R is 45m, which corresponds to the wingspan of the A300: Default view: If the viewpoint is set to see just in front of the center line, the flight mode annunciator on the PFD is not visible: Is there any chance to get this fixed, as this is an immersion killer and the A300 will stay in the hangar. There is a nice article about Airbus seat position: https://safetyfirst.airbus.com/are-you-properly-seated/ Best regards Stephan 2
Maverick3007 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Hey there, i noticed the same. Hopefully they look into this and find a solution. @Eddie @IniSteve @richboy2307 thanks in advance. Best regards Maverick✈️ 1
Gonzasimplayer Posted October 29 Posted October 29 100% agree, In VR it's super difficult to find a correct spot to move the camera, because if you put the real one you can't see the FMA. I think it's because the glareshield isn't tilted enough; the same thing happens in the A320s and the A330 in 2024 with the glareshield. The cockpit doesn't have the correct design and Airbus did it that way for a reason. Now it's super difficult to fly these planes in VR. I don't expect iniBuilds to change your 3D cockpit, to be honest, but they could make a statement. It doesn't just happen with iniBuilds; more developers take measurements from who knows where and then in VR you realized that the plane is not accurate. great plane anywhere.
Eddie Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Hello, Team is aware of this feedback. I cannot guarantee any changes/investigation anytime soon however. Your effort is very much appreciated regardless. Thank you 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
