LOC and G/S not activated

Hello, my LOC and G/S did not activate and remained blue during my approach phase, the ILS diamond did not display either, i try two attempts. I believe I did everything correctly, this is the first time this has happened to me with any aircraft. My navdata is up to date, the APP mode and both LS are activated, both AP 1+2 are on, and the FMS is correctly set up. 

The approach was ILS12L at OBBI on the SU1 beta yesterday.

I've had the same issue twice now.  Last night flying into KDEN ILS 35R, and again tonight heading back into EGLL ILS 09L.  LOC and GS never capture,  and remain blue.
