federicoha Posted March 4 Posted March 4 (edited) Hi, I've recently started having issues with the pitch trim, as you can see in the attached image. I start the plane as usual, and when the engine starts, the trim moves at first. However, instead of stopping, it continues to move and eventually returns to the position shown in the image (the wrong one). Even when I try to manually adjust the trim, I sometimes see the wheel moving, along with the pink value on the right, but it never stops and always goes back to the bottom. I would appreciate your help in understanding whether this is a known issue or if there might be a mistake on my end causing this behavior. I have the latest version of the aircraft with no pending updates to install. I'm experiencing the same issue with both the 900 and the 1000 models. Thank you. ElCaramba Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Deactivate the AI auto trim in the settings. After doing so, restart the sim. It then should start aroung 24.5% and then trim one you start the engines.

Thanks for your reply, but I don’t and didn’t have the ai auto trim on the MSFS 2020, or there is another one that you referred?
federicoha Posted March 7 Author Posted March 7 A quick update, besides having already disabled AI auto Trim: 1. activate again AI Auto Trim 2. save config 3. enter again and disable the AI auto trim 4. save again Now, pitch trim inside the A350 is working properly Thanks for your support.
federicoha Posted March 15 Author Posted March 15 Team, unfortunately, after the latest update .4, the issue with the trim appears again, the workaround did in the past is not working, so is impossible to take off normally with this issue, please expedite the review and fix. thanks
