aziz khlifi Posted March 3 Posted March 3 Dear iniBuilds Team, I hope this message finds you well. First, I would like to express my appreciation for your efforts in developing the A350 aircraft in such a short period. It is evident that a lot of work went into bringing this aircraft to life. However, I would like to share some concerns and observations I have encountered during my experience, hoping they will be taken into consideration for future updates. 1. System Depth: The aircraft’s systems feel quite simplified and fall short of study-level expectations. It currently offers a basic point A to point B experience, which can become repetitive and less engaging after a few flights. I believe enhancing the depth of the systems would greatly improve the overall experience. 2. Animations and Visuals: • The wing flex appears unnatural and lacks fluidity, giving the impression that the wings are restrained. Additionally, there is no noticeable wing flex or engine shake during taxi. • The wipers are not animated, and the engine fans stop abruptly instead of gradually winding down. The engine spool-up and spool-down animations also seem off. 3. Flight Dynamics: • The aircraft’s control behavior feels excessively sensitive and unrealistic, particularly during approach, making it quite frustrating. • It tends to taxi at idle power even when fully loaded and climbs unusually fast, more like a helicopter than a commercial jet. A review of the flight model could enhance realism significantly. 4. Bugs and Stability: • I have encountered frequent CTDs (crashes to desktop), system freezes, and issues such as engines shutting down unexpectedly. • After shutting down the APU, the generators sometimes fail, causing the entire electrical system to shut down. • The in-flight navigation features also seem problematic. The en-route charts rarely work, and the flight route display is often missing. 5. Lighting Issues: • The lights in MSFS2020 are overly bright, particularly the beacon light. • Navigation and strobe lights should be visible from passenger views, and landing lights should cast some illumination on the engines. 6. System Depth – MCDU and Tablet: • It would be great to access METAR information directly through the MCDU or tablet, which currently seems unavailable. 7. Sound Quality: • The sound design feels quite underwhelming, especially for flaps and slats, which are noticeably loud and fade in and out abruptly. • The engine sounds are inconsistent, and there is no reverse thrust sound. Additionally, the cabin announcements are not configurable based on liveries. 8. Visual Accuracy: • Navigation lights, strobe lights, and beacon lights appear misplaced or invisible from certain views. • Slats also do not seem to deploy correctly. I was genuinely excited about this release and did not hesitate to purchase it based on your advertisements. However, given the current state of the product, I regret my decision. I kindly request that you consider addressing these issues in future updates or, alternatively, provide a refund option. I look forward to your response asap , cause i sent emails about a330 with no response and hope to see improvements soon. Thank you very much for your attention and support. 2 2
SimHead Posted March 4 Posted March 4 I concur with your observations. It was marketed as a study level Airliner from them and is no where near that ATM. It will be my last Inibuilds purchase if its not rectified through patches.
Robert431 Posted March 4 Posted March 4 I tried emailing them too still no response on how to power up the Flight Attendant Panel for 2020 version no reply. I don’t even see them replying to problems that people are having on their forums.

Hi I also noticed that the wing model is made incorrectly - especially the spars, one spar is shorter than the other in simulator 2020, for comparison you can watch the video on YouTube, screen from real video. FAP is functional in the 2024 version that has a cabin. EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

The fairings are modeled off of the pre MSN216 wings, that is why you may find less similarities than you'd imagine. EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
Robert431 Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Ok I understand no cabin. Is there no other way of turning cabin lights up or down?
chinjh Posted March 5 Posted March 5 I noticed some issues with approach pitch. 188t gross weight. Flap 3 with 5knot tailwind -700fpm ils approach but the pitch is around 2.5degree. Flaring the plane i only need to pitch it to 3degree and it was a greaser. Meanwhile i am seeing on youtube it seems the a350 actually needs more flaring sometimes 6-7 degrees on config 3. But on ini doing that the plane will climb or either float.
