David Whittaker Posted March 2 Posted March 2 For my sanity, could someone else please confirm if this also happens to you ? Using the Mouse scroll-wheel to switch/toggle the 3-Way Lights switches up/auto/down, it does the Opposite of what normally happens. i.e. Up is now Down and vice-versa. Like: Strobe, Logo, Seatbelts, etc.. The 2-way switches do not work with the scroll-wheel at all (not sure if that's intentional). Like: LDG, Wing. The Rotating dials are fine. I've had the same keyboard (and mouse) bindings for years, and never seen this before in any other plane. NB: This is in 2020 only : in 2024 it works ok. But I won't use 2024 until it's fixed. 😞 PS: To avoid any specific Livery peculiarities, this was with the basic A350-900 iniBuilds livery.

xe_operator Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Could you reverse the action the middle mouse scroll wheel has on switches? Using the Seatbelt switch and an example, currently, scrolling forward turns the switch to the aft or down position (OFF) and scrolling backwards turns the switch into the forward or up position (ON). I think these actions should be reversed. 2
C. Schaffhausen Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I think the clickspots for those swiches should also be the other way round as well
Brettsan Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Couldn't agree more, it drives me mental. That being said, INI seems to have had this odd logic in many of their planes. Worst part, if you turn on/off that blue highlight assistance thing, you get another surprise and once again the mouse wheel and what you think should happen will be different. I've posted this "feature" a couple of times in their Discord and this forum, but to date, not a peep from them.
Miles Turner Posted March 23 Posted March 23 I back this. Every other aircraft I've used has had this feature.
Ivan Melon Lewis Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Bravo!! I thought no one never will ask for this. ini guys, please, please, change this.
victor_hansworth Posted Friday at 10:36 PM Posted Friday at 10:36 PM Incredible how this hasn't been fixed. One can only hope

In MSFS Control settings change to cockpit mode to 'Legacy' that gets rid of the blue highlight
IniSteve Posted Friday at 11:32 PM Posted Friday at 11:32 PM Hi. We've explained this a few times. With this product, we aren't able to code two separate control configs so LOCK mode has to take priority. (this means legacy will at times have reversed inputs) Should advancements in the sdk allow us to easily convert the xml, we'll look at mirroring the functionality but it's not possible at this time.
