dmajestic80 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 (edited) What on earth is going on with this plane. In 2020, 4 hours into flight, simply going in to select BTV and all screens freeze!! Sim is still running, I can interact with all sim menus and the EFB, button animations work but nothing is functional. I can't even take over and fly manually. I can't disconnect the autopilot. MFD is frozen and the airplane is no longer flying along it's route but the plane is physically moving still. So this is not a sim crash or an issue with MSFS. This has to be the buggiest plane I've ever flown which is unacceptable for the cost. Edited March 2 by dmajestic80
pperkins24 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 At least you got to fly it. In FS2024 it freezes my computer as soon as it loads.
PJackes Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Having the same issue here, out of the 7 flights I did I only managed to land twice (those two were very short flights maybe thats why??). For the other flights some or all of the displays/FMS froze near the TOD or during the descent. Once it happened while selecting the approach after a long haul fight, once while selecting BTV or while doing the approach checklist. So all of them during high workload scenarios for the sim I guess. Quite frustrating having the sim freeze after a 6 hours flight and shortly before landing especially as this is no freeware aircraft but an 80 euros Product 😞
777wal Posted March 2 Posted March 2 After disconnecting autopilot and landing suddenly all button and function freeze cannot do anything!!! Engine, lights ,… all working but cant do any changes??!!

If I press the CNTRL key the plane literally freezes all internal processing, but still physically moves in sim. When I press the key again all control returns back, and I can completely control the plane like normal.

First thing I did when it froze was hit the CTRL key.
