MaxiMoose Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Did my first flight in the A350 today as I finally had a day off from work... Going from EDDM to OMDB in FS24. Started out relatively fine aside from it running at very low frames which I assumed was just from the SU1 beta build, but once I got around 4 hours into the flight. it violently pitched upwards at 10k fpm until it stalled out, then starts plummeting towards the ground. Finally get control of the aircraft and stabilize it, hit the AP button and immediately goes rocket-ship mode again. Is this something I'm doing wrong or is this yet another half-baked, unfinished Inibuilds plane... I don't really know what I expected here, not a single one of their planes works as it should
Top27 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Me too, I just could do a one time manual AP flight (without planmode) for 600nm. The other attempts all went crazy.
Dogrokket Posted Saturday at 03:53 AM Posted Saturday at 03:53 AM (edited) Could be that the Fuel and Load page on the FMS isn’t properly filled out. I had the same problem on the FBW A380. The 350 is CG sensitive and if your trim setting doesn’t match your aircraft loading, you will have pitch controllability problems. If you’re importing from simbrief, make sure that you transfer the ZFWCG from the EFB load page to the ZFWCG entry on the load page in the FMS. If you do this correctly, the FMS will calculate the proper take off CG setting. Hope this helps. Edited Saturday at 03:55 AM by Dogrokket
Stefan64 Posted Saturday at 08:06 AM Posted Saturday at 08:06 AM Very annoying. grrrrrr.... A 350 is no longer flyable after the update 1.0.2. It freezes before or during the flight. i9 RTX4090 64GB Ram Thrustmaster
xe_operator Posted Saturday at 07:11 PM Posted Saturday at 07:11 PM Same. Had a successful flight last night in a 900 but running into issues with the 1000 today.
