Toan Assaly Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I am currently experiencing an issue where my aircraft is unable to begin taxiing despite having completed all necessary preparations. The parking brakes have been released, the chocks have been removed, and all required pre-taxi procedures have been properly executed. However, the aircraft remains stationary, and I am unable to determine the cause of the problem. I would appreciate immediate assistance in troubleshooting this situation. Please advise on any further checks or corrective actions I should take. Thank you for your prompt support.
thaliabobalia Posted March 3 Posted March 3 Not sure if it's the same issue or not but I have had this happen a few times in the Fenix A320. Seems like the brakes are almost "stuck". Tapping the brake pedals a couple of times would take care of it for me and let me be on my way.
Matteo Spacca Posted March 3 Posted March 3 Tap on the brakes. I had the same issue in FS2020 and 2024 with the Fenix Airbuses

Swisspilot1986 Posted March 3 Posted March 3 I don't know if it's a GSX or Inibuilds issue, but try to update GSX to the last version, otherwise you can slew the aircraft a bit manually to release brakes. It's not the solution but already something to make the aircraft rolling 1
jaybird Posted March 3 Posted March 3 Even after you taxi, if you stop briefly somewhere along the way, with the toe brakes, I've seen it get "stuck" but as suggested if you tap the brakes and apply power again it will get rolling. What if you try different gates or even different airports to see if the behavior is the same? Â
Supikoira95 Posted March 3 Posted March 3 (edited) I have to give a tap on the foot brakes aswell to unstuck. My best guess is also that it could be GSX related. I had that same happening with Fenix A320 after GSX pushback. Same with the ini A350. I usually tap the brake as im doing my flight controls check 🙂  (But it can also aswell be an MSFS2024 thing) Not blaming GSX for anything. Just like to point that out. Only guessing. Jeff Green Posted March 3 Posted March 3 I've had multiple issues with GSX breaking things in the A350, I've stopped using it for now. Â
Swisspilot1986 Posted March 4 Posted March 4 it takes time to reinstall GSX but I think it makes sense. By the way it will garantee that passengers are seating properly and without pink textures (not into the A350 for instance). This is often an issue, too.Â

AFR276 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Hello, I am having the same issue, but I do not have GSX installed. Have a button set to click on the breaks to unlock when I press the breaks.
