doesnt descend

Hi guys,

The update improved a bit but when i wanted reach the top of descend the plane didint starto descrease the altitude at all.

Any suggestion ?

Did you dialed in the new altitude then pull or push the knob for open or managed des?

Of course . The plane was flying on the same altitude .

Happened to me too today, but suddenly after pushing pulling and doing a couple other things, which I can't recall, it started to descend.  Suely a bug which will hopefully be fixed soon.

Hello guys!!

I have the same problem, after reached TOD and push descend button the aircraft A350 no descend to the next altitude indicated on display. Sometime started descend after disconnected the A/T .

It's not a Boeing 🙂 Set lower altitude and then get a down arrow below the knob and left click the mouse.... that gives it an FMS controlled descent.

BTW, this is documented in the manual... some say this isn't a "study" aircraft but all these misguided bugs mean you obviously need to RTFM, is that study?? 😀

but I know one thing. When I buy anything from PMDG the plane just world as should .

BTW I haven’t seen the manual before I paid for this plane because that was unavailable. This plane  was advertised million times how amazing it is.

You dont need to explain to me how can manage an airbus because I am playing with the sim in the past 25 years.

PMDG make Boeings, I have been their customer since FS2004 myself, so I understand. But that means you get used to how Boeings do things.  This thing behaves differently, and it takes some getting used to, that's all I'm saying. It DOES work, I've completed a number of flights now, and its very cool when you get it sorted. I'm sure you will.

This morning I sent a video to INIBUILDS show the problems with the TOD and according that video they say me the problem was in no correct position of the Throttle.

I will try to see this afternoon to check.

I noticed they mentioned "Auto Climb" from the advertisement, but I do not see they mentioned "Auto Descend" ... ,, (is Auto Descend come with A350 at all)?

Im the same with my last 2 flights, it won't descend at TOD. I end up having to try manually descend ?.....surely this must be a bug?

For me everything works now . try to press middle of the knob . sometimes I need to press the altitude botton with the middle botton botton of the mouse. after pulled the molsue somewhere else and press the botton again otherwise the whole cockpit will move. 

I am trying to set up the ils landing . I am sure I am not doing right because the ils sign shows on the altimeter screen but the plane doesnt start to decend.
