No landing gear and black screens. I can´t startup A350

Recently bought this plane, but I can´t do nothing with it due plane seems doesn´t starts properly.

At the gate or runway I can get inside the cockpit, but landing gear is retracted and cannot deploy with the landing gear lever.

Batteries switches are clickleables but batteries doesn´t start.

I can´t connect external GPU via GSX to intend start the plane.

Many switches appear to be in a wrong position.

It seems the plane is no initializated.  All screens and instruments are shut down.

I generated a support ticket and I´m waiting for an aswer.

My Wasm folder was deleted and recreated.  The folder "inibuilds-a350-aircraft" only have 1 subfolder called "work" which is empty.

I unistalled and reinstalled the plane many times and restarted my PC before and after the clean instation of the plane, always with the same result.

MSFS2024 SU1 Beta last versión (2025/02/28) and Inbuilds A350 v.1.0.1.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Same problem with pretty much the same caracteristics. Hopefully someone can help us.

After reinstalling the airplane and reinstall the almost 24Gb of the Su1 Beta again, everything seems to be alright.

Thanks for your response, I'll try it.
A question, before reinstalling the SU1 Beta, did you only have problems with the Inibuilds A350?  In my case, all the other airplanes work regularly and only the Ini A350 has the landing gear retracted, the screens off, and it cannot be initialized

Im getting the same exact issue tried everything I can’t re install MSFS because it’s about 160Gb some help would be appreciated

Clear WASM Cache, for example MSFS 2020: %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a350, and restart the sim. Worked for me.

I tried deleting Wasm cache, but it doesn't work for me.

It seems the airplane is not initializated, due the flight starts in less than 40 seconds and the folder "inibuilds-aircraft-a350" and your subfolder "work" are empty.

I tried also with the new versión of A350 (v.1.0.2.) without success.

According console in the developer model it is a general Wasm crash.

Ok here’s what you need to do clear Wasm delete everything even liveries from Msfs2024 community folder start the sim without a350 load into a Cessna and close the sim install everything again

Hi Toby when you said "delete everything even liveries from Msfs2024 community folder" you mean the a350 and the 350 liveries or a community folder empty ?

I have the same problem, I'm on FS2020 and clearing WASM cache just gave me an error message when spawning in - I also deleted all my liveries.
