Cabin altitude suddenly drops then increases on decent?

I was starting the initial decent from FL390, then I noticed that as the engines rolled back to idle, the cabin altitude suddenly drops then increases at a relatively high rate.

All my packs are set to auto on the overhead, as I shown in this video.
