A350 for msfs2020 nav not functioning

Keeps getting stuck on heading selection, nav doesn't work at all. Is this a bug? The whole FCU system is faulty, autopilot mode doesn't change whether I push it in or pull it out the knob. 
And why the FMC not showing the exact time to reach the waypoint or destination? The altitude is wrong also, it is supposed to show the current cruise altitude, not optimum altitude isn’t it?
