A350-1000 & A350-900 Startup Issue MSFS 2024

I’ve been experiencing difficulties starting the A350-1000 and A350-900 and was hoping you could assist me. The external power shows as "Avail," but when I attempt to turn on Battery 1 and 2, nothing happens.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? I’d appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Same, I have not been able to find out a solution.

You have to turn on all 4 batteries. Then Ext power 1 and 2

Try to restart the flight. This might help.
