MSFS2020 Performance approaching destination

Hey, if someone could help me with my problem i would appreciate it. 
 

My tests yesterday and today are catastrophic in 2020 with the A350.  LFPG to EDDF.  At LFPG 60 FPS with FG . Comming into EDDF and about 30 nm from touchdown the frames drop from 60 to about 20. No scenery is loading anymore, neither any ground textures or autogen. Did the flight the other way around and the same at LFPG. Departing EDDF with 60 FPS . All fine with PMDG,FENIX or IFLY flying at 60 FPS with my settings.
 

System is a 5800x3d with 64 gb ram at XMP 3600 MHZ. RTX 4070 ti super with 16 gb vram. MSFS and addons on an NVME SSD. 
 

When the FPS do drop, VRAM usage is at about 13 gb, ram at 16-17 gb and the CPU is running normal with no throttling.

The processor it not overclocked and is running on 4450 GHZ with about 75 degrees. 
 

I hope for someone who is experiencing some similar problems or someone from INI who could help me here.

With fenix, pmdg or anything else i am steady at locked 60 fps due to vsync at heavy airports in heavy vatsim events with FSLTL traffic.

After the Update, perfect 60 FPS till reaching the destination again. Short final it looks like this. Nothing is loading anymore and the FPS drop way down.

Used Aerosoft EDDF , GSX and no online traffic.

just an update. Did a flight today from LFPG to LLBG and the arrival Airport was not loading again. Was a beautiful waste of 4 hours …

Maybe at least an idea what it could be ? It fine with any other addon.
