MSFS20 Plane is Half-baked!

I bought the A350 MSFS20 with great excitement, but it was a huge disappointment for me.

The problems I am currently experiencing are as follows;

 

- Sometimes the plane works, sometimes it doesn't. For everything to go well, the plane needs to be in good spirits.
- There is no cabin in the plane. You only fly with the cockpit and wings.
- Sometimes it taxis, sometimes it doesn't.
- Sometimes it throws itself out of the taxiway during taxi.
- MCDU gets stuck and the plane freezes. (Note; My computer is ultra-equipped)
- Instructions on the MCDU buttons are delayed.
- Flight weight reactions are unrealistic. It does not provide a realistic experience.
- It cannot be compared to the PMDG 777 in terms of character. (Note: I hate Boeings and I do not use PMDGs. I have only experienced a few flights.)

- When my brother request a refund, the company rejects it and warns you that it is against your policies.

Now I would like to ask a question; You advertised so much. You delayed and postponed so much. I use MFSF20 and you released the plane with tons of bugs and sold it to me. I am asking as someone who bought this plane from Turkey and paid 2,000 Turkish liras; Why did you sell such a faulty, incomplete plane for the same price as 2024 users? Since you are not refunding the money.

The MSFS2020 version of the aircraft was never advertised with a cabin.

I need more information.

Again, need more information. This could be faulty control-bindings, assists turned on in the MSFS settings etc.

These are known as "WASM" crashes. They are random and hard to track. We have fixed whatever WASM crashes people have reported to us and should be in the upcoming patch hopefully out today.

You must click and hold an extra second, then it will register with no issue.

If you are referring to the flight-model, it has been carefully crafted and vetted by real world type-rated pilots.

Not sure I understand. "In terms of character" sounds subjective no? 

 

Anyway. We are committed to fixing whatever issues may have plagued the aircraft since its release 48 hours ago and the hotfix patch should be available for download in the coming hours. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that issues may have caused you. Hopefully this patch will get you the enjoyment you expected.

It will be available via our iniManager as an update :). It's good practice that you clear your WASM folder as well as completely uninstall the aircraft and install it again when the update is available.

It's well backed. The team has delivered an amazing product. Remember, even Fenix it took them time to get where they are. It's a standard software development, testing and deployment cycle. The future is bright for this ac. My 2 cents

It is obvious that things will improve. I have no words for this. However, I only explained the problems I experienced. While America or England can buy this plane by paying only 59 pounds or dollars, we pay 2,000 Turkish lira. 1/10 of the military wage. When you give this money in such an economic crisis, you want to get your money's worth immediately. Otherwise, I waited with great excitement and bought it as soon as it was released, straining my budget.
