Simbreif error in OIS / TCA issue

Hi, just downloaded for 2020. Put in ny simbreif username and clicked upload flight plan and It says user error. Restarted the sim same thing . 
 

my tca quadrant is not picking up with this plane but its in the controls options. 
 

can someone fix this issue .

In Simbrief, go to your Account Settings and find your Pilot ID, is your pilot ID what you need to insert and not your username.

Thanks . Hopefully the tca gets fixed now.
