GSX integration issues

So just to understand the current lack of integration with GSX. Once I import the fuel qty from simbrief and call the fuel truck, there's no communication from the OIS to the gsx refueling system? Cus I don't have the msfs fuel and cargo option selected assuming the integration would work.

GSX seems to load pax/freight progressively - but it doesn't quite work. I always end up with fewer passengers than the Simbrief import should suggest.

GSX reports loading the correct number of passengers progressively, but the numbers that trickle into the OIS load sheet differ. The total number is correct, but the class breakdown doesn't sum properly. Example: OIS says 307 total passengers, 8 1st class, 20 business, 42 Econ 1, 50 Econ 2 = 120, not 307. I'm not sure whether the actual aircraft mass is loaded correctly or if it's actually underloaded.

Fuel progressive loading doesn't work at all. The OIS just instazaps the fuel into the tanks. The GSX truck drives up, connects, and disconnects immediately.

They said that something is wrong with GSX side with the current version and they need to update the GSX.. That's why I still didn't update the GSX but not sure if it is still working or not, couldn't try it yet

I can't get the GSX integration to work at all with the A350.  I keep getting a "Coutl" error and it shuts down the entire Coutl.

Just FYI, fuel loading is actually working. But there is completely unnecessary query how much fuel you want to load. So do it like this:

Ask for the refueling truck and it will announce. Look for when it appears and connects and immediately go to OIS again and watch for the fuel query amount on GSX page. Set full amount. Progressive loading will commence.

IMO they should just disable that query OR even leave it, but set default to set full, instead of no refueling.

Since the product's release, GSX integration has been problematic. There has been no update regarding the A350 on the site where GSX Pro regularly releases updates. As iniBuilds, have you ever contacted FSDreamTeam? Or are you just blaming them, claiming the issue is on GSX's side, while releasing the A350 in a beta-like state?

I've tested in GSX 3.3.9. It works CORRECTLY now.

How do I get the GSX menu to appear in the tablet. Also, when I choose GSX from menu bar above, all I get is the spinning circle saying something about GSX is still loading.

There's now an added button on the Loadsheet page in the efb 'Load with GSX'. Should boarding and refueling be selected on the Ground page (with gsx integration) first before pressing this?

My logic tells me that once a Simbrief flight plan has been successfully imported into GSX, clicking on the 'Load with GSX' should initiate refuelling and boarding but this is only a guess.
I tried this earlier tonight in the A350, got into a right mess and ended up re-importing the flight plan, going to the loadsheet and clicking on 'Set ZFW' and 'Set Fuel' buttons. I was able to complete the flight but find the current implementation of GSX very confusing. 
Does anyone know the correct procedure to follow and/or if a user manual is available somewhere please?

I came here to ask exactly the same thing you asked. Is there a procedure or tutorial that explains the correct order when using GSX with the A350? I found that if I start fueling with GSX before clicking on 'Set ZFW' and 'Set Fuel' buttons, the performance calculation page on the EFB gives me an error and won't calculate the V-speeds.

restart couatl or reinstall GSX will fix this

Idk why the first time I use GSX with A350(1.0.4), the GSX menu keep loading like "loading addons,  please wait - 100%"
It doesn't work until I reinstalled GSX in FSDT installer

The GSX integration procedures should be updated in the doc. But the documentation is not updated with the latest updates, like v.1.0.7
The GSX mess needs structure and a guide simply.
AND...I'm running MSFS2020

Anyone having issues with GSX not starting pushback as GSX states "waiting for other services to finish" even tho i just used the pushback call function inside the 350 not the loading features. What i am doing wrong. Its been since version 1.0.7.

you have to go to grnd  and dismiss the gpu(its in one of  the options) even though its already disconnected took me  awhile too to work it out

gsx 3.4.6 is the latest version, open up your fsdt universal installer  and see if you got the latest version
