no i do not have the SU1 beta, Should i?

Yes, they even recommend SU1 beta because it fixes a lot of issues, try it. Uninstall 350, install the su1 beta restart your pc after you install the beta and install again a350. try it again

Same problem here. The sim crashes and I get an error-message from MSFS2024. I on SU1.

Here comes the error message:

It's the same here.

I have MSFS24 with SU1 beta, sim was crashing all the time. Now I deleted all other Folders in the Community Folder AND changed graphic settings on "Medium" (I usually use it "Ultra" graphic settings for general aviation/helicopters) but when I'm loading in, I have maybe 15fps and as soon as I'm clicking on the cockpit screens the sim freezes.

All this changed nothing

But you reinstalled the plane also? And it shows in your content? But it doesn't appear to select it when starting a flight? Thats very odd. You might be best to raise a support ticket with the team directly. Make sure you send relevant screenshots to them as well

I am having the same issues. Everything to do with the A350 causes the sim to crash... Uninstalled several times, cleared the WASM folder several times and nothing 😡

did you update to SU1 Beta on steam?

Hi all!

  • Close the sim.
  • Ensure you're on SU1 Beta (Mandatory for FS2024)
  • Clear your WASM folder
  • Then relaunch the sim and load directly on a runway. That will help force a clean WASM compile.

NOTE: The initial load can take upto 20 minutes (depending on your hardware) while the sim compiles the WASM for the first time. This is normal, just be patient and let the process complete.

  • Navigraph Users: On initial load, go to OIS FLT OPS MENU > OPTIONS > 3RD PARTY  page and link your Navigraph account. Then ensure you have updated to the latest AIRAC cycle. After updating, restart the sim. Thanks!

Basically spent the afternoon trying to get the A350 to work. I'm able to load in, setup the aircraft and basically ready to push back and it CTD everytime. Using 2024 SU1 (1.3.22.0).

  • I've reinstalled using iniManager.
  • Multiple WASM clears/load-ins.
  • Reinstalled MSF2024
  • Tried with and without GSX
  • Tried with and without Navigraph AIRAC
  • Cleared Shader Cache.

No issues with other aircraft including the Fenix 320 and the A380X.

Some rig details:

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11 Home, Version 10.0.22631
DirectX runtime version: DirectX 12
Driver: Game Ready Driver - 572.47 - Thu Feb 20, 2025
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K
RAM: 64.0 GB
GPU processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

I'm out of ideas, any suggestions would be welcome.

Same issue here: it crashes randomly with the same driver error

I deleted the WASM directory

         Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 26100) (26100.ge_release.240331-1435)
                Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF (20 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
                   Memory: 65536MB RAM
      Available OS Memory: 65350MB RAM
          DirectX Version: DirectX 12
                      GPU: NVidia RTX 4090
GPU Driver: GeForce Game Ready Driver v572.47 - Thu Feb 20, 2025

I can say my graphics card is not overheating and I never did overclock it.

Also, when it did do that, my whole PC was doing driver failure things, like brake youtube or twitch's players, so this is clearly making a driver error. (it did even make my whole pc crash one time but this part is due to driver crash aftermath)

okay, I'm nearly sure that we actually need to reset the WASM folder and spawn on a runway to reset properly like richboy2307 said. I will try again tomorrow but I did a manual runway circuit and I did not crash

For a couple of Days ago i installed the latest nvidia drivers 572.47, but experienced a CTD with the same error message.

I rolled back to the previous drivers 572.42 and havent got any problems.

I tested the A350 yesterday with MS2024 on SU1 beta and had no issue.

I have a 4090 rtx..

I tried the downgrade to 572.42 as well and so far can confirm that this seems to solve the problem.

Thanks for sharing the info.

572.60 Was released this morning, tried it and it crashed. Just tried with 572.47 and it crashed just after pushback again.

Edit: Used DDU between versions.
