DoubleP99 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago When I enable auto time compression up to 4x it goes to that speed, but wings start rocking uncontrollably left and right to 30 ° of bank each side, until the aircraft loose all of its speed, stall and crash. At 2x it works without issues. I'm using MSFS2024 version in the latest SU1 Beta. Very disappointing for a long haul aircraft, sim rate is a very important feature, I hope you will be able to fix this very soon. I'm happy to give you more feedback on the topic if needed, thanks. 1
richboy2307 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Hi @DoubleP99 We have tested Time Compression extensively, with users having even completed a full flight including autoland with time compression without issues. Ofcourse we can't test every scenario as each PC is different when it comes to accelerated simrate. It comes down to the individual hardware's ability to handle all the calculations and system computations on the chosen multiplier. Ensure all assists are disabled and please provide videos along with full route, specs and FPS if you continue to have the issue. Thanks! msujim8 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago @richboy2307 is it possible for the user to actually control the time compression? The only options that I've seen is Auto or OFF (for both 2x and 4x)... I just did my first flight and the time compression never went above 2x even though I had it set to "up to 4x". I just want to make sure that I'm not missing something- thank you!
richboy2307 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Hi @msujim8 It will go up to 4X as suggested, meaning if the aircraft senses based on sim telemetry data that your pc will be able to handle 4X, it will scale up accordingly. If not it will sustain max possible. This is by design and unlikely to change for stability reasons. Thanks! alexkoenigs Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago For me the same. When go to X4. Otherwise the Aircraft runs perfect. Great Job! Hope you can fix it, especially for long flights.
richboy2307 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I have just tried a flight on 4X again and am not able to reproduce any issue (A350-900, Cathay, VHHH-RJTT, FS24, Accel Up To 4X). Please ensure the following: Ensure on SU1 Beta Ensure all assist are Disabled Use "Low" turbulence settings via Assistance Options (helps mitigate random AP disconnects due to excessive turbulence) Check control bindings and ensure no conflicting binds for trim or control inputs. In case you continue to have issues, please provide Route OFP (Attach PDF) Sim Used (FS 20 or 24) OIS Navdata Setting (SIM DEFAULT or NAVIGRAPH) Variant (A350-900 or 1000) System Specs (CPU, GPU, RAM) Sim Rate used (2x, 4x) Any other 3rd Party utilities running with sim (FSRealistic/FSUIPC etc.) Screenshots / Video recording of the crash We need the above data to try to reproduce the conditions in which you have had problems such that we can try to identify any issues.
