Problem with contrails

Hi.

 

I am currently doing my first flight with the A350 in MSFS 2020 but no contrails are shown flying at FL380 and with TAT -31 ºC. I attach a photo.

 

Why could this be possible? Thank you 🙂

I have the same issue at FL430...
