Sim rate and pause at TOD

I'd really like to see a pause at TOD function and support for a higher sim rate like PMDG and Fenix has for example. When it comes to long hauls a lot of us can't really dedicate 10-12 hours to stare at a computer so it would help immensly to have these functions supported in the A330 and the upcoming A350.

    I would use this more if it had Pause at TOD, a lot of long hauls i step away so this would be amazing
