moppi Posted December 13 Posted December 13 I have a problem when I'm trying to start engine 1. I enable APU bleed air, set the ignition switch to start A (or B, doesn't matter), wait for spool up and click on the fuel switch ENG 1 It seems that the engine tries to start und spool up, but never reaches a stable state, switching back the iginition switch to ignition off immediately shuts down engine 1. Engine 2 works as expected. Any idea what could go wrong here? Greetings Marcus
Bentree Posted December 14 Posted December 14 Same problem here, busy with it for two days....no show....really frustrating......
moppi Posted December 15 Author Posted December 15 Update: It looks like a default mapping of the Bravo throttle was fighting the startup of the engine. It seems to work now after deleting all bindings except Throttle on the Bravo. Regards Marcus
Bentree Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Hello Marcus, I am so glad you posted your solution here....I checked it and that was exactly my problem too (unless I had a good airliners profile in the Bravo, it seems some weird setting had creeped into there) wich was preventing engine 1 to start. Thanks again ! Regards, Ben
