I have a thrustmaster airbus quadrant and I have it all set up and configured on the game and in the aircraft, however when I put my throttle to max its won't ever go higher than FLX MCT. If anyone knows how to fix it then please respond.

I'm also having this issue but only on my right Thrust lever.  Have followed all the calibration steps properly for the hardware, and then calibrated through the inibuilds EFB.  Left throttle goes to TO/GA, right goes to FLX MCT
