Speedbird5 Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Toggle Autopilot Master not Working. When assigned to a joystick button, it engages the autopilot, but it does not disengage the autopilot when the button is pressed again. This assignment in almost every other FS2024 aircraft engages and disengages the autopilot. I have checked the A321LR and the A320 Neo and all exhibit the same problem.
Stormfish Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Airbuses don't have one button just to turn on|off autopilot. In proper way you need to push disconnect AP button (red button on sidestick) and push it again to silence warning. Personally i bind one button to "autopilot on" and another to "toggle disengage autopilot" or maybe "autopilot off"
Speedbird5 Posted November 25 Author Posted November 25 Yes I understand that is correct in the real aircraft (I am an airline pilot). However, in MSFS 2024, every other aircraft has the autopilot toggle able to be assigned to one button. Can this function be added by your developers ?
