Hello,

Is there any option to remove the copilot from any or (preferrably) all the models? This is extremely annoying. Also, is there a way to start the flight right from the flight deck instead of appearing outside the plane?

I'm puzzled why whoever approves these things, but okay, at least if we have the option to get rid of them...
