No choice of ground handler

Hello! I'm using the iniBuilds EGLL scenery with the GSX profile offered by the iniManager. When I choose boarding, refuelling or pushback I don't get offered a choice of handling agent - it aways defaults to Dnata. Is this the only handling agent available - surely the most appropriate handling agent at T5 would be BA? At other airports, I am always offered a choice of handling agent.

Is there any way to change this?
