From what I understand, the scenery will use the Folder "texture" and not "texture.HD" or SD.

the texture folder directory will always contain both the HD and SD texture folders, but when you switch between HD and SD Textures in iniManager its actually just renaming the folders so that the inactive texture option has the .HD or .SD at the end of the name.
