Unable to install any scenery

Hello,

I am trying to install Sceneries however I am getting a "Please close the simulator before trying to install." error but I do not have the simulator open, and have restarted my PC etc.

You got to close your simulator to install

Can you confirm you are using the latest version of the iniManager. Grab the latest installer from here and run it: https://inibuilds.com/pages/inimanager-v2

Also, please try to "run as Admin" the iniManager app. Thanks!

Yeah my simulator is definitely closed, I have checked my task manager, restarted my computer etc. I have reinstalled iniManager aswell, and have version 2.3.8 installed.

Can you check that any 3rd party programs (e.g. Logitech's controller software) aren't running that may be keeping some sim code/services running that could cause issues.
